 CREP advised Speedy, Florida’s leading concrete sawing and demolition firm, in its sale to Marek Sawing & Drilling, a KLH Capital portfolio company. The deal created one of the largest specialty contractors in the Southern U.S., combining 240 employees across eight offices. CREP led valuation analysis, process management, and negotiations, ensuring an efficient and culturally aligned outcome. 

 CREP represented R.L. James, a premier Florida restoration contractor, in its strategic sale to Hidden Harbor Capital Partners. The transaction established Hidden Harbor’s façade-restoration platform and provided R.L. James with growth capital and operational resources to expand statewide. 

 CREP advised PEC, a leading petroleum-system construction firm, in its sale to Island Pump & Tank, a Hidden Harbor portfolio company. The combination created an integrated fuel-infrastructure platform with expanded capabilities across the Southeast. 

 CREP served as sell-side advisor to CPR, a structural-restoration leader, in a recapitalization with KLH Capital. The partnership supports CPR’s regional expansion and investment in technology, talent, and safety initiatives.
